2. Active tenant search

We handle the complete search for suitable prospective tenants - through our existing applicant database, personal recommendations, and our partner network.

3. Thorough applicant screening

All applicants are thoroughly screened by us. We collect: debt enforcement register extract, ID copy, proof of income, employer and landlord references, as well as optionally further documents upon request.

4. Targeted pre-selection

5. Apartment viewing
